A beautifully designed Early Childhood Centre in New Lambton is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join its passionate and diverse team in either their nursery or toddler room. With open plan rooms and spacious outdoor settings, this service provides children with rich learning experiences where they are encouraged to learn through play whilst exploring their interests and surroundings. This service believes in nurturing young children and guiding them to reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. Operating between the hours of 7am - 6pm, this welcoming centre is in a central location close to local shops, and cafes.
The Role
- Permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team whilst ensuring practice is in line with policies, procedures & the centre philosophy
- Develop and deliver quality educational programs that foster children’s development and incorporate children’s interests
- Create meaningful relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Support the centre to meet/exceed national quality standards
